Preconstruction Planning
The success of any project starts with a well thought out and understood design and plan.
Design & Construction Estimate
From a solid design we can choose materials/products, and calculate their cost. Then I can estimate the time/cost to complete the project. Knowing the estimate is essential so you can budget accordingly.
Construction
I strive to construct your project as laid out in the design while working within your budget. There may be times however when we need to alter plans and/or budget to accommodate unforeseen complications
Finishing
Touches
Details details details - right down to the paint, trim and cleanup. It's all part of the pleasure of dealing with a pro.
